BABY WILSON COMING FEBRUARY 22
Aaron and are Expecting a sweet baby boy coming February. Unplanned, but we could not be any more excited. Cohen Lane is already so LOVED and I can't wait to share him with all his family. I am especially excited to watch our sweet Ella love him. I just know she is going to adore him as much as the rest of us.
ENGAGED WHAT WHAT!!
This past week Aaron proposed to while on our trip in Colorado. I couldn't be more excited to spend the rest of my life with him. As much as we drive each other insane, we would lose out minds without the other. Shout out to Abby Shepard Photography for capturing these sweet moments before and after I said "YES!"
Cotton Harvest 2022
This harvest is bitter sweet for so many reason.
Papa fell a few weeks ago and broke his hip, this is the first harvest he won’t be able to actively participate in. This may also be the last harvest... Solar Panels.
It's pretty hard to see the land I grew up on being taken over wby these massive Solar farms. It's been awful. Such an eye sore, Semi Trucks Racing down the roads. You can't even sit outside with out hearing the noise of our new neighbors...

The Newest Addition
Miss Ella Mae
Miss Ella is a 9week old Mini Golden Doodle. She has a sassy attitude that keeps us all on our toes. She is mostly potty trained *YAY*, Walks well on a leash, and has "sit" almost learned. Ella doesn't like being told no, or not having someone in her sight.
Miss Ella spends most of her time sleeping, or aggravating her brother Tucker. Tucker is still adjusting to sharing his home with his new friend, but he loves to play with her outside.

It's almost harvest season here in the flats.
As a young child, I always looked forward to weekends during cotton harvest. I would wake up at the crack of dawn, get in the truck with dad, and head to Bancroft's in Powell. We got our breakfast and hit the backroads. "country road take me home to the place I belong." or "I'm in the dog house now." almost always were sang.
We drove to the field, and serviced the machines till the dew dried. We always had a nice fall breeze with just enough warmth from the morning sun. It was quiet and peaceful. you could definitely hear your own thoughts, or papa Tim yelling at someone. once the morning work was done, we'd get on the cotton stripper and talk for hours, always losing track of time. I always enjoyed early mornings with dad.
